Consequences of Cancellation

Should you decide to terminate this agreement, Pro-ID commits to refund all payments we've received from you. This encompasses delivery charges (excluding any additional costs should you opt for a delivery method more costly than the most affordable standard delivery option we offer). Deductions might be made from the refund if any depreciation in the value of the provided goods has occurred due to any unwarranted handling on your part. The refund will be processed promptly, specifically within:

(a) 14 days counting from the day we get back any products from you,

(b) Alternatively, 14 days from when you show proof of having dispatched the goods for return, or

(c) If no goods were supplied, 14 days from the day we're notified of your contract cancellation.

Reimbursement will employ the same payment mode you used for the primary transaction, unless there's a mutual agreement to the contrary; rest assured, there won't be any charges incurred for the refund process.

Pro-ID holds the right to delay the refund until we either receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having shipped back the goods – whichever situation arises first. It's your responsibility to return the goods to us promptly and definitely within 14 days from the date you inform us about the contract's cancellation. The specified timeframe is considered met if the goods are sent before the 14-day window concludes.

You're expected to cover the direct expenses related to the return of the goods.

Moreover, you're only accountable for any reduced value of the products which might be a result of handling that goes beyond what's necessary to ascertain the goods' quality, nature, and functionality.
